Benefits and Expectations
- The Darkness Embraced Banner Exchange is a true 1 to 1 ratio: For every banner you display, your own banner will be displayed by someone else. Our service is 100% free. There are no strings attached, no hidden catches. We do not sell impressions. Our purpose is pure and simple. To broaden networks and promote high quality traffic to your site and visitors.
- The Darkness Embraced Banner Exchange is exclusive to Real Vampire, Vampyre, General Vampire, Pagan, Occult, Paranormal, Spiritual, New Age, and Horror/Halloween Sites only. All others will be rejected. This restriction assures the continual presence of high quality traffic and information for both webmaster and site viewers alike.
- Receive 1000 credits upon validation and approval. The code must be present on your site before the credit is issued.
- Real Time Traffic Statistics. Track the number of banners that have been displayed on your site, other sites, credits you have earned, and how many you presently have.
- For optimal results, place the banner exchange code within pages of your site that have very high exposure. Joining any banner exchange and then placing the code on a rarely viewed page is completely counterproductive. You will not earn credits/impressions for your banner to be displayed. Your credit will be bankrupt with zero and, at that point, your banner will simply drop off of the rotation as if it was never there. Banner Exchanges operate on a "you get what you give" philosophy.
- We will not accept, condone or otherwise promote any site containing the following: porn, nudity, self mutilation, BD&SM, smut, disregard for animal/human life, or any activity deemed illegal by law in the United States.
- Your banner must meet our size specifications (468 x 60).
- Code must be visible at all times with the link back to the banner exchange directly under the banner. Failure to keep the code in tact will warrant revocation of your banner rotation.
- No broken banners! There is nothing worse to a webmaster than a banner exchange full of broken links all over their site. Please be mindful of how your broken banner effects the presentation of all other members' websites on the exchange. Members who have broken banners longer than 72 hours will be removed from the banner exchange.
- Sites are frequently scanned for viruses and trojans. If your site comes up with any computer threats while visiting your page, your account will be suspended immediately.
- All members must be approved so please have patience.
