Well the other day I happened to be watching the History channel. And the subject they were discussing was that in 2012 all the planets will be aligned pointing towards the center of our galaxy for the first time in twenty six thousand years a lot of  people are saying different things about this! I was hoping I could hear what all of you think about this ? 8) :)

There have been some discussions about this a while back..

In general those who are sensitive to energies, say that it nearly feels stronger every day, and link that up to the alignment of the planets..
Others draw lines towards the Maya Indians wheel calender, who indicates major change, in December 2012..

for myself, I enjoy the thought by itself, to live in the time it happens really interesting both on the spiritual and scientifically level :)
Until it gets a little closer time-wise, I`ll leave the theories.

As many other people have, I've also been following the various theories and opinions regarding the great alignment between our Earth, our own stellar center and the black hole located at the center of our galaxy in December 2012. There remain some differences in the various opinions on what one versus another in the Scientific community thinks this will result in, but it has been stated that some consensus does agree that the potential exists for this to be a planetary changing and a life changing event in many ways. Not to begin to state what many through the various spiritualist communities believe this might mean, there so far has been a varied difference in the electromagnetic fields measured around our planet, there have been polar variances in magnetic fields measured that haven't been seen before, which might lend some credence to the polar shift theory that states that the very axis of the planet could change its position changing the very position of the rotation of the planet and thereby, shifting everything from weather patterns to ocean currents out the window. This effect also would affect for some duration of the time to change, potentially shift the very direction of the rotation of our planet in the other direction entirely which would affect the stability of the magnetic field thats generated from our planets iron core to the stratosphere where these fields extend. This EM Field is also responsible for regulating how our neruo-chemistry functions and even allows for the electrical functioning of the brain and the body, so the wide implications start to become clear as the many various effects begin to be considered in kind.

Many of these theories are where various elements of the spiritualist community conclude that this major shift could and some believe will result in a very shift in the consciousness allowing for a major shift in our perception of what we perceive as reality itself. Of course what we see before us is not all there is, its only what we are currently able to perceive and this might change.

Many of the other theories are of course numerous and vast in their implications. Earthquakes, floods and natural disasters resulting from these polar and axial shifts..well, it all goes on and on. Yes, December 2012 will be quite a time. Personally, I'm looking forward to it, but then again, regardless of my own background in science, I do lean in the spiritualists mindset as much as the scientific.

No I won't be wearing a foil hat to keep the rays off of my head.  8)

I'm looking forward for to it for many reasons! Although I guess the biggest reason for me is that I will be alive to see this amazing event! I have always been fascinated with outerspace lol! :) If you guys happen to hear more about this could you let me know?
