Happy Canada Day to my friendly neighbors!!

Canada is 141 today! If you want to learn more about how Canadians celebrate (American's use fireworks, bbq and get rather drunk for our 4th  lol), check out this link. I actually learned some interesting tid bits!

Oh Canada day! A day where all Canadians emerge from their igloos to gather around the camp fire, eat pancakes dripping with maple syrup and a side of bacon, then peacefully play hockey!

Only one person asked me how my Canada day was down here in the US, unfortunately it was kind of a crappy day but things have since slightly improved. I did make sure to wear my shirt with the Canadian black on the back though... it usually makes people laugh though.

Shhh, Erych you aren't supposed to telling secrets. *Has the strange urge to yell out CAR!!* (Few people may get that last part but to those who do I salute you.  Wink)

... then peacefully play hockey!

Is there such a thing? To me that game always looked like a bunch of Orks from Mordor unleashed on ice-skates.

No worries Syb, I didn't actually forget but I ended up posting late myself.

Nyb: oops! lol... at least they don't know the secret of the might maple leaf!

Wilhelm: Canadians are more likely to check, hook, or slash than tackle! Yeah hockey can be pretty rough, and although I loath sports hockey would be the one exception.
