I have often wondered how to become closer to the nature of the vampire. Most of us here consider ourselves vampires, but what does that really mean? We read the stories in modern literature from Bram Stoker to Brian Lumley to Anne rice as well as watch the movies. We marvel and are touched by what they represent and we wonder. Are we like them? What does it truly mean to call ourselves vampire?
